    On 02/05/2009 I received a invalid license ticket in St.Joseph Michigan , but the information that I had paid a reinstatement fee in Ohio earlier that day had not been entered into the system.On 02/06/2009 I sent the receipts,of the $20.00 fee to the court showing I'm valid and legal
    I SUPPOSEDLY they sent me a NOTICE TO APPEAR FOR A PRETRIAL HEARING ON 03/31/2009 WHICH I NEVER RECIEVED.
    On 05/08/ 2011 I could not renew my CDL-A because 2ND circuit court judge Charles LaSata was holding the tkt AGAINST ME I contacted my state rep who contacted the OHIO DEPT OF MOTOR VEHICLES fired off a fax sayng I was and am legal in the
    STATE OF OHIO , AND HE NOW IS HOLDING ME GUILTY OF THE INITAL OFFENCE AND HOLDING ME GUILTY OF CONTEMPT OF COURT FOR NOT SHOWING UP AS ORDERED IN THE PRETRIAL HEARING NOTICE

    I CAN NOT GET ANY HELPFROM ANYONE FOR SOMETHING I AM TOTALLY INNOCENT OF.
    I AM DESPIRATELY BEGGING FOR HELP,
