    Pro Bono Resources in Alabama

    The Volunteer Lawyers Program, or VLP, is the primary pro bono organization in the state of Alabama. It is run by the State Bar Association and provides free legal services to low-income Alabama citizens for civil situations. Upon being screened, interviewed and approved, eligible Alabama citizens can put the valuable resources of the VLP to work for them.
